On March 16, 2020, Atlas Technical Consultants, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its financial and operating results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2019. A copy of the Company’s press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
