Item 8.01. Other Events
Our board of directors approved a change in our trading symbol from “IVOB” to “INVO”. On March 13, 2020, we received notice from FINRA/OTC Corporate Actions that the voluntary symbol change will take effect at the open of business on Monday March 16, 2020.
