Item 8.01 Other Events.
On March 9, 2020, OncoSec Medical Incorporated (the “Company” or “OncoSec”) announced that the Eighth Judicial District Court in Clark County, Nevada dismissed all of Alpha Holdings, Inc.’s claims against OncoSec, with prejudice.
A copy of a press release relating to the above-described dismissal was issued by the Company on March 9, 2020 and is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
