Use of Non-GAAP Financial Measures This slide presentation contains certain non-GAAP financial measures determined by methods other than in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Such non-GAAP financial measures include the following: Adjusted diluted earnings per share; adjusted return on average assets; return on average tangible common equity; adjusted return on average tangible common equity; adjusted operating leverage; adjusted total revenues; adjusted non-interest expense; and adjusted tangible efficiency ratio.
