On February 27, 2020, Atlantic Power Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its financial results and other information for the three months and year ended December 31, 2019. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated by reference.

Atlantic Power’s financial results presentation and management comments on the presentation will be available on the Conference Calls page of Atlantic Power’s website (www.atlanticpower.com) on February 27, 2020.

As previously disclosed, Atlantic Power’s management will hold an investor conference call and webcast tomorrow, February 28, 2020, at 8:30 a.m. ET, to answer questions related to its fourth quarter and year end 2019 financial results and related information. Participants may access the webcast from the Atlantic Power website.
