Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On February 14, 2020, William Weld resigned as a director of Acreage Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) and as a member of the Company’s Compensation and Corporate Governance Committee, effective immediately, to focus on his political campaign. Mr. Weld’s resignation was not the result of a disagreement between Mr. Weld and the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
