Press Release

On February 19, 2020, Forte Biosciences, Inc. (“Forte”) and Tocagen Inc. (the “Company” or “Tocagen”) issued a joint press release announcing the execution of the Agreement and Plan of Merger and Reorganization by and between Forte and the Company.
