Item 8.01 Other Events

On February 4, 2020, First Northwest Bancorp announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share of common stock, payable on March 6, 2020, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 21, 2020.
