As of January 31, 2020, the Company had 16,448,436 common shares issued or in process, compared to 15,946,571 as of June 30, 2019, an increase of 501,865 shares.

As of January 31, 2020, the closing stock price was $0.73 per share, resulting in a market cap of $12,007,358, compared to a closing stock price at June 30, 2019 of $0.78 and a market cap of $12,438,325, a decrease of $430,967, or 3.5%.
