On January 24, 2020, South Plains Financial, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended
December 31, 2019. A copy of the Company’s press release covering such announcement and certain other matters is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
