Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 22, 2020, FAT Brands Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its intent to refinance its existing term debt with a new “whole business securitization” financing facility. This press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1
