Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 14, 2020, Denali Therapeutics Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing positive clinical results from its LRRK2 program for Parkinson's disease in addition to IND and CTA submissions for two additional programs. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
