Item 8.01 Other Events.
On December 23, 2019, Mateon Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release that the Company had entered into a master services agreement (“MSA”) with iBio, Inc. together with its subsidiary iBio CDMO LLC, (together called “iBio”) to provide certain services which would be performed under separate projects and project addendums. The MSA contains other standard terms and conditions, including confidentiality, intellectual property and termination terms. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
