On December 19, 2019, Perceptron, Inc. announced that Giovanni (Gianni) Trivisonni has been named as Vice President & Managing Director of its Italian subsidiary, Coord3 s.r.l. Attached hereto and incorporated by reference as Exhibit 99.1 is the press release relating to such announcement.
