Resignation of Suneet Singal as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman
On December 17, 2019 Suneet Singal submitted a resignation from his position as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman respectively, of First Capital Real Estate Trust Incorporated (the “Company”), to the Board of Directors of the Company, effective at the end of business as of the same date.
