On December 11, 2019 at 2:40pm PST, the Company's management made a presentation (the “Presentation”) at the 12th Annual LD Micro Main Event, at the Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel in Los Angeles, California, providing an overview of the Company’s business model, financial highlights and growth strategy. The Presentation is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
