EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Form 8-K/A amends the Current Report on Form 8-K, dated and filed on April 18, 2018 (the “Original Form 8-K”), with respect to CSAIL 2018-CX11 Commercial Mortgage Trust. The purpose of this amendment is to make certain conforming and corrective revisions to the version of the document filed as Exhibit 4.1. No other changes have been made to the Original Form 8-K other than the changes described above. Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings assigned to them in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement filed as Exhibit 4.1 to the Form 8-K.
