The 1:40 reverse split of our common stock as authorized by the Board of Directors and approved by a majority of our shareholders by written action, all as further discussed in our Information Statement on Schedule 14C filed on November 25, 2019. The 1:40 reverse split will be effective at market opening on December 16, 2019.
