Item 8.01 Other Events
On December 11, 2019, Energy Services of America Corporation (the “Company”) declared a special cash dividend of $0.05 per common share payable on December 31, 2019 to shareholders of record as of December 23, 2019.
A copy of the December 11, 2019 press release announcing the dividend is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
