Item 5.02(d)Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On January 30, 2019, the Company’s Board of Directors appointed Melissa (“Lisa”) J. Schultz as a director of the Company, effective immediately. No decision has been made regarding which Board committees she may be appointed to. Mrs. Schultz retired as co-head of US Capital Markets at Keefe, Bruyette and Woods, a Stifel Company, at the end of 2018.
