Regulation FD Disclosure.

On January 25, 2019, Prudential Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its wholly owned
subsidiary, Prudential Bank, has developed a program to assist its existing mortgage loan customers affected by the partial shutdown of the U.S. Government. For additional information, reference is made to the Company’s press release
dated January 25, 2019 attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
The press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference is being
