On January 24, 2019, Carolina Financial Corporation (the “Company”) issued a news release announcing its results of operations for the three and twelve month periods ended December 31, 2018. Dividend Announcement

On January 23, 2019, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a $0.08 dividend per common share payable on April 5, 2019, to stockholders of record as of March 15, 2019.
