Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

 

Bionik Laboratories Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the commercial launch of its newest generation InMotion ARM/HAND™ robotic system for clinical rehabilitation of stroke survivors and those with mobility impairments due to neurological conditions. The Company is showcasing the new technology for the first time at its booth (#736) at the American Physical Therapy Association Combined Sections Meeting being held January 23-26 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
