On January 11, 2019, YRC Worldwide Inc. announced its preliminary unaudited results and earnings expectations for the three months ended December 31, 2018. A copy of the press release announcing the preliminary results and earnings expectations is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
