Item 2.02. Results of Operation and Financial Condition.
On December 14, 2018, Southwest Iowa Renewable Energy, LLC. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding its results from operations for the twelve months ended September 30, 2018. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
