On December 5, 2018 Processa Pharmaceuticals, Inc. received written notice that the Company’s common stock will commence trading on OTCQB, under its existing symbol “PCSA at the opening on December 6, 2018. The Company had previously traded on OTC Pink Marketplace. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1
