On December 3, 2018, NorthWest Indiana Bancorp (the “Bancorp”) issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share on the Bancorp’s common stock payable on January 8, 2019 to shareholders of record on December 28, 2018. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
