On December 3, 2018, iPass Inc. determined to file its Channel Partner Reseller Agreement, dated April 25, 2018, by and between Pareteum Corporation and iPass Inc., with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The Channel Partner Reseller Agreement is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
