Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
Representatives of Smart Sand, Inc. (the “Company”) intend to participate in the Jefferies 2018 Global Energy Conference on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 in Houston, Texas to discuss the business and affairs of the Company. The presentation materials to be used at the conference are furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report.
