Ancillary Supported Tenant A tenant, or one of its affiliates, that owns an ancillary business that depends on providing services to the residents of the properties leased by the affiliated operating company (Sabra’s tenant) for a meaningful part of the ancillary business's profitability and has below market EBITDAR coverage. Annualized Revenues  The annual straight-line rental revenues under leases and interest and other income generated by the Company’s loans receivable and other investments based on amounts invested and applicable terms as of the end of the period presented.
