Item 7.01Regulation FD Disclosure.

On October 16, 2018, Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc.'s (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it will host an Investor Day conference in New York City on Thursday, November 15, 2018, at which the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, D. Scott Barbour, and Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Scott A. Cottrill, will provide an overview of the Company’s strategy, key business initiatives and financial objectives.  The presentation will begin at 8:30a.m.ET.  A live webcast and replay of the presentation will be available on the Company’s investor relations website at investors.ads-pipe.com.  A replay will also be made available on the Company’s website.  A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and hereby incorporated by reference.
