Item 8.01Other Events.

Notice of Termination of Distribution Reinvestment Plan and Share Repurchase Program

 

In connection with Inland Residential Properties Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) pursuing a proposed liquidity event, the Company’s board of directors (the “Board”) determined to terminate the Company’s Distribution Reinvestment Plan and the Company’s Share Repurchase Program. A copy of the letter to stockholders of the Company providing notice of the terminations is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein solely for purposes of this Item 8.01 disclosure.
