On September 24, 2018, VirnetX Holding Corporation issued a press release entitled “VirnetX Files Notice Regarding Agreed Bill of Costs
and Prejudgment Interest of $93.3 Million in Apple Suit - Costs and Prejudgment Interest Brings VirnetX Award Total to $595.9 Million.” A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
