Item 7.01

Regulation FD Disclosure.

On September 24, 2018, Equity Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Equity Bank (“Equity Bank”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, entered into a Branch Purchase and Assumption Agreement, dated September 21, 2018, between Equity Bank and MidFirst Bank (“MidFirst”), a federal savings association and subsidiary of Midland Financial Co., pursuant to which Equity Bank agreed to acquire certain assets and assume certain deposits and other liabilities associated with two branch locations in Guymon, Oklahoma and one branch location in Cordell, Oklahoma. The press release announcing the transaction is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
