On September 21, 2018, Sensus Healthcare, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it had closed its public offering of 330,882 shares of common stock at $0.01 per share as a result of the underwriters’ exercising their option in full. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
