Explanatory Note

This Form 8-K/A amends the Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Form 8-K”), dated and filed on July 12, 2018, with respect to Morgan Stanley Capital I Trust 2018-H3. The purpose of this amendment is to make clerical and other minor revisions to the agreement filed as Exhibit 4.1 to the Form 8-K, as well as to file an executed version of such agreement. No other changes have been made to the Form 8-K other than the changes described above.
