Item 8.01 Other Events.  

On September 6, 2018, Mineral Mountain Mining and Milling Company (the “Company”) retained Pacific Stock Transfer Company as its Stock Transfer Agent and dismissed Columbia Stock Trading Company from that role. The change in the Company’s Stock Transfer Agent was undertaken to comply with OTCQB requirements.
