Item 1.01.                                        Entry Into A Material Definitive Agreement.

On August 2, 2018, the Company entered into a Sixth Amendment To and Partial Termination of Lease Agreement (“Sixth Amendment”) with BMR-Rogers Street LLC (“Landlord”), which amends the lease dated February 5, 2013 by and between the Company and Landlord (“Lease”). The Sixth Amendment provides for the termination of the Company’s lease obligations as tenant with respect to a portion of the leased premises under the Lease constituting the fourth floor at 301 Binney Street, Cambridge Massachusetts, effective August 6, 2018.
