On August 1, 2018, Wells Fargo & Company issued a press release announcing an agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice regarding the resolution of claims related to certain 2005-2007 residential mortgage-backed securities activities.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
