Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On July 18, 2018, Spirit of Texas Bancshares, Inc., a Texas corporation, announced that it will disclose its second quarter 2018 financial results after the market closes on Tuesday, July 24, 2018, and has scheduled a quarterly earnings conference call and webcast on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss such financial results and provide an update on recent activities. The press release announcing the conference call and webcast information is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference. In accordance with General Instruction B.2 of Form 8-K, the information in Item 7.01 of this Current Report on Form 8-K, including Exhibit 99.1, shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or otherwise subject to the liabilities of that section.
