Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
Representatives of Smart Sand, Inc. (the “Company”) intend to participate in a non-deal roadshow with Credit Suisse on Wednesday, May 23, 2018, in New York, New York to discuss the business and affairs of the Company.
