On May 7, 2018, GrafTech International Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2018. A copy of this press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1. This press release shall not be deemed "filed" for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and shall not be incorporated by reference in any filing under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, except as shall be expressly set forth by specific reference in any such filing.

On May 1, 2018, the Company’s Board of Directors adopted a new Code of Conduct and Ethics (the “Code”), which applies to all of the directors, officers, employees and representatives of the Company and its subsidiaries.
