On April 19, 2018, the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Wynn Resorts, Limited (the "Company"), sent a letter (the "Response Letter") to Elaine P. Wynn responding to a letter from Ms. Wynn that Ms. Wynn filed on April 17, 2018 as an exhibit to Amendment No. 14 to her Schedule 13D relating to the Company. A copy of the Response Letter is attached hereto and furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
