Hemisphere Media Group Announces Expiration of Warrants

MIAMI, FL – April 5, 2018 - Hemisphere Media Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:HMTV) ("Hemisphere" or the "Company"), the only publicly traded pure-play U.S. media company targeting the high growth U.S. Hispanic and Latin American markets with leading television and digital content platforms, today announced that all outstanding warrants to acquire shares of its common stock have expired in accordance with their terms on April 4, 2018 and are no longer outstanding. Additionally, all outstanding Class A and Class B shares that were subject to forfeiture have been forfeited as a result of not meeting the trading price conditions as of April 4, 2018.
