Item 7.01.  Regulation FD Disclosure. 

 

ServiceMaster Global Holdings, Inc. reported today that its Terminix subsidiary has closed on its previously announced transaction with Copesan Services, Inc., one of the largest national providers of commercial pest management in the country.  Terminix issued a press release today on the subject, and a copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
