Item 8.01.Other Events.

 

On March 12, 2018, DropCar, Inc. entered into a service agreement with Zipcar, Inc. to provide transport, prep, cleaning and maintenance services for Zipcar’s fleet of vehicles in the New York metropolitan area to support its on-demand car sharing service. The services to be provided will be coordinated through DropCar’s Enterprise Vehicle Assistance and Logistics (VAL) platform, which enables Zipcar fleet managers to schedule and track movements and services via a dedicated, secure portal.
