On February 20, 2018, RAIT Financial Trust (“RAIT”) issued a press release announcing the conclusion of RAIT’s strategic and financial alternative review process, next steps and other items. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
