Resignation of John Fields as Acting President
On February 13, 2018, John Fields, the Acting President of First Capital Investment Corporation (the “Company”) submitted his resignation as an officer of the Company effective as of such date. Mr. Fields’s departure is not related to any disagreement with the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
