Item 2.02.                                        Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On February 20, 2018, EnLink Midstream, LLC (the “Registrant”) issued a press release reporting its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2017, providing certain financial information for the year ended December 31, 2017, and reaffirming previously issued guidance for 2018. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and will be published on the Registrant’s website at www.enlink.com. In accordance with General Instruction B.2 of Form 8-K, the information set forth in this Item 2.02 and in the attached exhibit are deemed to be furnished and shall not be deemed to be “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”).
