Item 2.03. Creation of a Direct Financial Obligation or an Obligation under an Off-Balance Sheet Arrangement of a Registrant.
On February 15, 2018, affiliates of Conn’s, Inc. (the “Company”) closed on additional funding in the amount of $52,225,658 (the “Additional Funding”) under that certain receivables warehouse financing transaction more fully described under Item 1.01 of the Form 8-K filed by the Company with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 12, 2018 (the “Prior 8-K”), which description is incorporated herein by reference. The net proceeds of the Additional Funding were used to prepay in full the Class B Notes, which had been issued by Conn’s Receivables 2016-B, LLC under a securitization transaction entered into on October 6, 2016, that were still outstanding as of February 15, 2018.
